Serabi Stove Serabi Serabi & Kinca

One of Javanese popular snack is Serabi. It is made by mixing rice flour, coconut milk and salt. After a series of process, they pour a scoop of dough into its clay wok and wait till the bubbles appear on the surface of the serabi (it means that it’s ready to be taken/process is completed). Usually serabi is served with with kinca in a bowl.

Kinca consist of coconut milk, palm sugar, and salt.
